BIGFOOT: A BLURRY OUT-OF-FOCUS MONSTER.

Bigfoot was spotted in the woods behind Ducker's house in Asheboro last summer.
Shot with a Minolta SRT, Fuji Provia Chrome pushed two stops for grain and shot out-of-focus for a real life effect.

ME IN HOLLYWOOD 2003:

Once upon a time I quit my job, bought a new car, sold most of my belongings, and packed up what I had left into a 4x6 trailer and moved to LA. I had a place to live and no job. Three months later I still had no job ...needless to say, I'm back in NC. I never regret anything and I wouldn't change a single decision I've ever made. Life is great that way.

I was recently in NYC and met up with my Dad, who grew up in the South Bronx. Over the years I've heard countless stories of his childhood growing up in the city. On this day, I got to see some of the places he was talking about.

MACRO MONARCH:

My first experience w/ photo macography.
Shot with a Canon 5D and ring flash at ISO 400 at 1/60 @ f3.5. This beautiful baby has been in my freezer since September. I did not kill him, he was a victim of a hit and run on the Blue Ridge Parkway during the Monarch migration south. I had a friend drive very slowly as I jumped out of my car to pick up the dying butterflies dotting the roadway. Tragic butterflies.
